OKX Europe Limited is the Maltese entity of the OKX group and one of the first exchanges to receive a MiCA licence, granted by Malta's MFSA on 27 January 2025 and covering nine of the ten services under the regulation. Since April 2026 it has offered perpetual futures under a separate Maltese MiFID licence, which the European Union requires for trading in derivatives. Leverage is capped at ten times and the exchange assesses the investor's knowledge before the first trade.
