1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information saved in your web browser while you use the Service. Among other things, they make it possible to remember chosen settings, ensure the site works correctly and - with the User’s consent - carry out anonymous analysis of how the Service is used.
2. What cookies we use
At MiCA Intelligence we use only two types of cookies.
Essential
They are required for the Service to work correctly. They include, among others:
- remembering the selected language,
- remembering the cookie decision,
- ensuring the security of the Service.
These cookies are always active and do not require consent.
Analytics
They serve solely for anonymous analysis of how the Service is used. We use:

This helps us better understand:
- which features of the Service are used most often,
- which pages are visited most often,
- how to develop MiCA Intelligence.
Analytics cookies are activated only after consent is given.

| archetype_test_session | Lets you return to a started exchange-matching test after a refresh or closing the tab. It contains only an anonymous test session identifier. | 24 hours | Essential |
| archetype_test_state | Remembers whether an exchange-matching test is in progress in this browser or already finished, so the test start page can immediately offer the way back to your answers or to your saved result. | contact_sent_at | A simple rate limit for sending the contact form - it prevents multiple submissions in a row. It stores only the time of the last submission. | 60 seconds | Essential |
| exchange_click_guard | A simple safeguard against inflating the count of visits sent to exchange websites - it makes sure the same transition is not counted several times. It stores only the window start time, a counter and short marks of recent transitions. It contains nothing that identifies a person. | 60 seconds | Essential |
| exchange_view_guard | A simple safeguard against inflating the exchange card view counter - it makes sure refreshing the page does not multiply views without end. It stores only the window start time and the number of cards counted. | banner_guard | A simple safeguard against inflating the advertising banner counters - it makes sure refreshing the page does not multiply impressions and the same click is not counted twice. | _ga and _ga_* | Google Analytics - counts visits and distinguishes users for statistics. Set only AFTER analytics cookies have been accepted; if refused, they are not created. | up to 13 months | Analytics |
Besides cookies, we keep in the browser’s memory (localStorage) the selected theme (light/dark), the selected language version and the exchange comparison basket. These are not cookies, they are not sent to the server and they are not used for tracking.
3. How to give consent
During your first visit to the Service you can:
- accept analytics cookies,
- refuse and use only essential cookies.
Regardless of your choice, essential cookies remain active, because without them the Service does not work correctly. You can change your decision at any time in the manner described in point 4.
4. How to withdraw consent
You can change your decision at any time. Simply open the cookie settings available in the Service and select your preferred settings again. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of using cookies before it was withdrawn.

Google Analytics - helps us count visits. You can turn it on or off here at any time.
Essential cookies are always on - the site won't work without them - and can't be turned off.
5. Third-party cookies
After consent is given, the Service uses the services of:

How this tool works is also described in Google’s documentation. Some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area in accordance with the rules applicable at the service provider.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most web browsers make it possible to:
- delete saved cookies,
- block selected types of cookies,
- automatically delete cookies after closing the browser.
Disabling essential cookies may cause some features of the Service to work incorrectly.
7. Changes to the document
The Cookie policy may be updated in the event of:
- changes in the law,
- the implementation of new features,
- a change in the analytics tools used.
The current version of the document is always available in the Service. Each version includes a version number and an effective date.

Binding language version
This Cookie policy was drawn up in Polish. In the event of any discrepancy between the Polish version and a translation into another language, the Polish version shall prevail.
